Mr. Hiran M.C. de Alwis, Attorney-at-Law, FCIArb, Chief Legal Advisor to the Sri Lanka National Arbitration Centre was made a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators London (FCIArb) recently. Mr. de Alwis is a member of the Board of Governors of the Sri Lanka National Arbitration Centre.
