Mrs. Shiranthi Gunawardene is a respected senior Attorney-at-Law with a distinguished career in legal practice and institutional governance. As a member of the Board of Governors of the Sri Lanka National Arbitration Centre, she contributes her legal expertise and professional insight to the Centre's governance and strategic development.

She is a former President of the Sri Lanka Women Lawyers Association and a former Chairperson of the Notaries Standing Committee of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka (BASL).

Her experience across diverse areas of commercial and civil law positions her as a knowledgeable and effective contributor to SLNAC's ongoing mission to provide trusted, impartial dispute resolution services.
