Karnika Jayatilake is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka counting over three and a half decades of experience at the Bar. She holds a Masters’ from the University of Southampton (United Kingdom) and a Bachelors’ Degree in Arts from the University of Colombo in English, Economics and Political Science. She is a senior corporate lawyer who has worked in both the public and private sectors. She has a proven track record advising boards and senior management, managing complex legal portfolios, and procurement reform and governance initiatives with World Bank and Asian Development Bank. Previously she held the position of Deputy General Manager- Legal/Chief Legal Officer & Information Officer of the National Savings Bank.
