Mr. Dushinka Nelson is an Attorney-at-Law admitted to the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. He holds an LL.B (Hons.) from the University of London International Programme and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity St. David, further complemented by diplomas in Human Rights, Journalism, and International Relations.
Dushinka is attached to the Colombo Law Alliance, a Chamber of Lawyers headed by Dr. Asanga Gunawansa, President's Counsel, with a practice spanning civil and commercial law. Beyond active practice, he has contributed to legal academia through the co-authorship of several published articles on construction law and commercial practice alongside Dr. Gunawansa. Dushinka additionally serves as a Council Member of the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka.

The chamber coordinates major trade exhibitions, assists in international business match-making, issues commercial documentation, and advises on socio-economic policy formulations.
